The Lake House

 Today, July 11th we begin the journey that will end in Key West.   I had Cool Pa a t-shirt made to mark the occasion.  We are calling this the Sand, Sun and Surf Retirement Tour.  This is the front of the shirt.

On the back of the shirt I have listed the stops on the tour.  Kinda of a concert tour shirt hack.   We did change up the itinerary  a bit. Making New Orleans the first stop after the Lake House, not the last. 

All the kids showed up  at the lake house with their families.  Cool Pa had his four children (Chelsea, Josh, Noah and Jonah) and their children (Aaron, Jackson, Layla, Bella, Ade, and Caleb)  I, Gator Moma had my two sons, Dylan with wife Susie and Ian with girlfriend Allison.  This was the first time all our kids were in one place at the same time.   We were also joined by Cool Pa's extended family Colleen and Jackie.

The lake house was in Montegomery Texas.  We had a great set up for fun. The grandkids got to catch up with their cousins.  There was an abundance of good food and laughs.

I forgot to mention that my oldest son Dylan turned 31 at the lakehouse.
